Yes looks like a Cud to me. Worthy of keeping this coin in a 2x2. Well done! Added: can you please post an overall pic of the obv of this coin? Thx.

I'm not a good picture guy but I try. Also I'm still working on my editing skills. More pictures upon request thanks again for the help.

now I just made this 2cents. My question is, is this ok. The materials I use where the plastic window from a mailing envelope and the cardboard from a notepad backing. I am new to this but I am familiar with the rule no pvc. As I'm still new to this aspect of my collecting, and I'm fully open to the positive criticism and hints and tricks. Thanks for the help everyone.

Cheap cardboard may end up toning the coin a golden color, from the sulfur in the cardboard. You might be OK with that, but personally I would go with materials specifically meant for storing coins.

okk thank you. and I did think of that a little bit as the inside is completely covered with the plastic material. with no cardboard exposed to coin. then I trimmed the edge.
also this is just stapled closed and not sealed. this leaves me the issue of room air being allowed to enter 2x2.
i did however just order some actual coin holders. But I am very big DIY Macgyver lol and I love knowing hows it's made, and can I do it better.
