Gald to hear that you received my mail Terry, I bought a larger nickel version of that coin just yesterday. I got two little 1 Liras same age as I am:) I put a dime so you can see their size:lol I also added an Australian 50c Silver Jubilee commemorative to my collection. The quality of the images is far from good, accept my apologies.

RenaL, You shouldn't have posted a picture of the larger nickel version of the Trojan Horse! I will have to add that to my very LARGE list of coins I am seeking.

Nothing really special this week. Just that I like this coin in proof, especially the reverse, and I like the date.
2000 Sacagawea, proof, in airtite holder.

My wife gave me a New Zealand Proof $1 silver, with gold plated lion, on the 2006 Narnia Commemorative (The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe) and I must say the coin is absolutely stunning! Only 10,000 made so time will tell on this one? This was an anniversary gift so it will be with me till the day I croak! I also blowed a wad of cash on the Australian 2005 Mob of Roos that just recently appeared out of nowhere in Australia. The 2005 dollars were commemoratives but now some of the regular design Mob of Roos are showing up. Time will tell just how bright or stupid I was on this one as well!

Back to my bank today, and picked up four more rolls of Nevada Quarters.
There are several which appear to be without a blemish.
