Found a 2015 penny with what appears to be several DD lettering in the words United, God and in the date. Aditionally, it shows a "bumped" line crossing behind the letters (Pluribus) U and S. Photos attached
Could somebody kindly provide an opinon?

It looks to be early onset Die Deterioration Doubling. Very common.

The die wear walks to the rim just like what you are looking at. It continues to happen until the die is retired.
