Are those lines on the obverse on the coin or on the slab?
Based on the lines in the same direction on the reverse I think they are on the slab.

Not FSB.

Based on the flattening of the peripheral letters near the rim I'd say max 64.

All those scratches on the holder are affecting the overall eye appeal. I'm thinking MS65.

This one is in an original green rattler holder from PCGS. I think it might go MS65 today, back when they graded it PCGS gave it MS64.

Now it's off to ebay for next weeks coin sales keep an eye if you're interested in owning this one, it's a bit to late date for my collection.
