Clear, cropped photos of individual coins from directly overhead will help determine for sure. to the Forum! coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 03/14/2019 5:58 pm Only 1970-S Has large and small dates. The inner loop of the '9' is one of the differences. Most of the ones graded on PCGS have the floating roof lines. (But other years are know to have this from over die polishing) Just something I noticed looking at these on the site. coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 03/14/2019 7:50 pm Did you note the image with the two types of '9' I posted? Look at the two. The bottom on is the small date. One has a blunt end, the other is pointed. Check for that on your coins. Report this Post to the Staff

I think I've seen less that 5 different die examples out there. (The way I can tell they are from different dies, is because of the mint mark locations) Being hand punched, they don't fall on the same exact spot too many times. Report this Post to the Staff
