From what I read, there's doubling in letters and repunched mm. Looks like some letters are connected, not sure if that's normal or PMD. Anyway, found this one and it looked pretty nice considering where I found it. (jar)

On RPMs, you look for the Mint mark to be enlarged.

On your coin there is die wear and possible Machine Doubling reducing the size of the mint mark. Note on the image how the RPM is raised above the field enlarging the MM, showing a spread.

I actually have the link in your signature opened trying to decipher Wexlers stuff markers etc. Learning curve is nuts. Thanks. I think what would really help is to have a couple error coins in hand to study.

You mean variety coins. Doubled dies and RPM's are varieties.

Looks at the sites is very wise. You learn what can happen and how it looks. Then you will be able to search mot for just one dies example but on many. Same way on Wexler's site, you can look at all the examples and see what to look for.

So, I'm just starting off with what I have and a couple boxes I bought at the bank. No money lost. Trying to organize and see what I can put together as far as completeness with "best ofs" and then maybe go from there into being more selective and upgrading.. idk. this was supposed to be a project to get the kiddos off the Xbox haha
