Too me it looks GEM, but knowing PMG, it's probably 64EPQ.
Pretty note Mr.Frog

I don't collect large size, but it looks like a very nice note to me. So, I'll give it a shot. I enlarged the note in GIMP to get a better look at the margins. The reverse is very well centered. It looks like a 17 pixel top margin, a 15 pixel bottom margin, a 20 pixel left margin and a 22 pixel right margin. The margins are consistent horizontally and vertically on the note. IMHO consistent margins with a +- 1 pixel variation is VERY good. The face isn't quite as good, but still IMHO in the GEM category. The top left margin (5 pixels) is slightly narrower than the top right margin (7 pixels). The bottom left margin (8 pixels) is wider than the bottom right margin (5 pixels). So the top and bottom margins aren't consistent across the note from left to right. IMHO the variation in the bottom margin is a large enough difference that it's apparent even without enlargement. The right margin is a consistent 14 pixels. The left margin is a consistent 15 pixels. So, the right and left margins are very well centered. Enlarging the note to look at the margins isn't perfect. There's always some artifacting going on due to the scan and the enlargement, but IMHO it gives a fairly good indication of how consistent the margins are. It's pretty much impossible to get a feel for the color of the note from a scan. It all depends upon the scanner settings and quality of the scan. This scan seems a bit dull to me. I'll assume that the actual note has more vibrant color than the scan shows. Assuming it has no color issues, I'd say 66, with a decent shot at 67.

Interesting analysis, thanks. It is indeed a fully bright note, but as you've seen on (say) my small red seal notes in the past, my old scanner just doesn't pick up colors well. It's an HP2600 and must be 15 years old by now.

I know nothing, actually less than nothing, about computers. My wife and kids just give me their old castoffs and I just chug along. Are there wireless printers?

I agree you can't properly grade notes from on screen pictures, but you say it's new.
Looks pretty close to CFU to me.

Good question! We'd rather they weren't too flat.
