I think those are metallic flow lines, as it doesn't show up as a hit even under 20x magnification.
Here's another crappy picture, sorry for the deceptive first ones.
Appears to be a tiny hit on the mintmark and on the bands though.

Its a FAKE coin,The tilt on the D mint mark is wrong It should have more of a tilt in to the branch, I see staining on the out side of rim from the Obverse to the Reverse and some discoloring around the D in Dime and a couple spots on the coin also a couple nicks. They hit it with a MS65 right?

No Dave, I believe this one is correctly graded at MS-67+ FB
I could also see MS-68, but that's just my opinion.

MS-68 FSB , If you took away those micro little issues I believe we would be looking at an unheard of MS-69 FSB .
