It looks like an ordinary LWC that has been plated-with nickel ifit is magnetic. Other posts on CCF indicate that this was commonly done.

coin has been either plated or polished, and put in a bezel. nothing fake here..

@LT, yes you can see that after plating, this cent was placed in a bezel. Subsequently, it looks like the loop was broken off.

I'm guessing that the measuring item next to the coin is in inches. If so, that coin is way to big to be real Photo shows it to be almost 2 inches in diameter. If that is in inches, then the coin is a token of some kind possibly made for a piece of jewelry like a broach or necklace.
