Hello Daves Errors. The more pics the better I say. Die marker scratch inside the "C" in cent looks like one of them. Find the rest of these die markers (list from COINTALK) and you are in there. Don't leave us out in the cold..post some pics for us to feast on

Picture of the edge/rim would be helpful as well.

Beautiful coin either way. This fat rim look is often seen on non-proof issues of this year.

Wow. She's a beauty.
I don't know enough to confirm if it's a matte proof but it does have some of the markers.

I think it is a circ strike coin made with proof dies. This was often done.

As mentioned, it is a very attractive coin, however I don't think it is a Proof Strike looking at the reverse Rim and the overall grainy fields.

The look of the coin is much better if you could see it with your eyes. My scope has crappy lighting. Chase007 the coin has the grainy field the scope is not showing it well. coinfrog: Yes a very nice coin it will grade well. Thank for every one's help I guess it would be best to just send it in and see what comes back lol Again thanks for everyone's help.

Quite possible a retired proof OBVERSE die was used on your specimen. I would still send this coin to a TPG for a YES or NO. Of interest, I have a 09 P, that I thought might be a proof. Unfortunately, did not come back as PR, but UNC CLEANED!!

Note the strength of the devices on the matte proof? They are very definite. I'm not seeing that on your coin. Note the rims? Don't look at the width of the rim. But note how on your coin they swoop down to the fields. On the matte proof they are almost vertical. They are struck twice with very fresh dies.
