1964 Kennedy Half. Looking For A Little Info.

Hey Folks, I'm still a newb here so may ask silly questions.

Anywho, I found this 1964 Half in a large collection of coins I inherited. Would like to know why it looks a bit different than the others (color). I'm sure there's a 1000 reasons, but any information at all would be greatly appreciated.

It looks like it was lightly cleaned then toned back over
