I can not for the life of me figure out what they are, so I figured I'd ask the experts. Any help much appreciated. Also is coin 4 some kind of error notice how the edge on the top left is significantly thicker than the edge of the bottom right. Does it make the coin valuable or not really?

Thanks for help in advance. Pics below

To my eyes, these appear to be large dates...but I'll defer to the experts.
I think coin 4 may be a misaligned die. Is the reverse perfectly centered? That would be a clue.

The reverse is centered coin creating a uniform edge on the reverse.

Then I'd guess misaligned die. It's a pretty common thing to happen by this amount.

all are large dates, that is probably why you cannot see a difference
#4 is a MAD(misaligned die) strike, very common and not worth anything extra unless part of the design is missing
an off center strike is a more desirable error and both sides will be equally off center in the same direction

as for the Wisconsin quarters- http://koinpro.tripod.com/Articles/...ieGouges.htm

It looks like the first coin in the second batch is a small date. Also 1982 is when they stopped making all copper coins. some in that year are all copper and some are copper coated zinc, I believe.

Yes success. alright anybody know how to tell the difference between the copper and copper coated. I heard there was a method with droping them on a desk and listening to the sound they make. Sounds difficult any body know a better way?

Could a postal scale tell the difference you think?

I'm unsure on the accuracy of those, since the difference can be as little as 0.4 grams by comparing 82-83s on a good quality scale.
The 80s bronze cents I've weighed have come in at 2.95-3.15 grams. Judging from the appearance of yours, I might guess it's bronze because 82 CuZn cents often have bubbling and mushier details. I could be wrong, but I wish you luck!

Don't know. I use a Digital mini scale which measures grams, oz. Another way to check you can make your own scale that will differentiate between ZINC and COPPER 1982 cents. All you need is a tongue depressor, a wooden rod, glue, and cent dated before 1982 and a cent dated after 1982.
Place the round wooden rod under the tongue depressor as shown. You must find the
correct position to place the rod using the Two Cents (one copper dated before 1982, and one
zinc dated after 1982). The rod must be place in a spot that makes the depressor go up
when a copper coin is placed on the end, and say put when a zinc coin is placed on the end.
Once you have calibrated the scale, use the glue to attached the wooden rod. Test your Two Cents again, and draw a line at the best spot to place the cents.
Now, try some 1982 cents. The 1982 cents that make the scale go down are copper, and the
ones that do not make the scale go down are zinc.
