Found this coin in the rolls I was searching. Really nice coin but seemed to have a scratch on the reverse. I thought the location was odd because higher surfaces didn't have any scratches on them. In fact I didn't see another scratch on it really. Also it seems kind of straight for a scratch. Granted I have NO idea what a die crack looks like. Its late probably just dreaming but Intrested in others opinion.

From the pictures, it definitely could be a die crack. Pictures can be tricky though. Is the mark raised or incuse? If raised, I'd say you've got the die crack. Scratches will be incuse.

I don't think it's a die crack. More like a die scratch or die gouge. I'm assuming the mark is raised. If it is incuse it may be a strikethrough.

I'd go with gouge.

Impossible to say what it is without a close-up inspection. I'm sure it's not a die crack, though.

Die cracks break in an uneven direction. Die scratches tend to be more straight but have curves at the ends of the brush stroke. I agree with Mike that a closer view would help.

Doesn't look like a die crack..compared to the Morgan infront of me...No..

As earlier stated.. More close ups are required.
