I have nothing too valuable. My collection hasn't evolved to that point yet. Not even worth post pictures. I have a 1909 's' wheat in VG that was in my moms' old jar of wheat pennies. I was told its worth about 100 dollars. The most expensive coins I've purchased though would be my 1857 flying eagle (30 dollars), my 2005 silver kookabura (35 dollars), and my BU 1922 Peace dollar (20 dollars) See, nothing too grand.

From my perspective this is the most valuable coin I own ,,Not in the sense of money but in the sense of beginnings ! this coin was given to me by an uncle who was a foreman at a mecury mine and smelter ,,one day when I was around 10 or 11 and we were visiting this uncle He took us on a tour of the mine and smelter very interesting by the way ! but anyway he dipped my brother and myself these dimes in the mercury and made them shine like the dickens ,,well as you will see from the picture the shine has long since faded ,,but the flame that ignited in me for coins has burned long and bright for many years since that day so to me I still see this coin for what it is a shiny gift that has brought a life time of pleasure to me. My very first coin as a young and dumb coin collector ! at least one of those descriptors of me has changed over the 40+ years I have been collecting !

Most expensive coin I have is a Dutch Ceylon 1792 Duit rarity of RR and value of around $200 Paid only $30 for it like 5 years ago. Here is a link of an exact same coin. Strike on the S in 2 stuivers on my coin is stronger aswell as the strike on the date. http://www.coinarchives.com/w/lotvi...292&Lot=1438TheKid!

My most valuable coin... I think I paid $200 for it, it should be worth slightly more than that though.

I bought this coin raw & sent it in with the last group submission SuperDave organized. When it came back from PCGS as a MS64 it instantly became my most expensive coin. It's also the second favorite coin I own, right behind a VF 1869 3CN I inherited from my Dad.
