@mt2003, looks more like Machine Doubling to me, but I'm interested to see what others think. In looking at the variety vista page for 1960 DDRs, I'm only seeing them on proofs: http://www.varietyvista.com/04b%20J...s%201960.htm

Also factor in Die Deterioration. Note the widest areas are close to the rim on these.
