Hi I believe there are quite a few varieties of the 1950 D/S Washington quarter. Has anyone come across this variety of Mintmark? I've magnified it x 30 I think. I can see the Doubling of the D but trying to determine what is going on in the middle of the D. I believe Theres a D/D/S variety. Any opinions would be helpful. Thanks

On CCF, all Washington quarters are considered modern coins, so I moved your post to the appropriate section for the proper attention.

Please review the forum section descriptions, so posts are made in the correct section.

Sorry, but can't tell a thing on the mintmark. Picture is too blurry and pixilated.

Better pictures are needed but the MM in yours does not seem to match the one in Coop's photos (or on my PCGS VF35 example of the same coin.)
