I found this 1994 d penny that looks to be double stamped but I'm new to this and ain't sure if I'm right or not. Could everyone give me there opinions please thanks

If it were double struck, the devices would not be mirrored. They would be normal altering the previous strike. PSD

I'm guessing on a construction site. They take two coins and lay them between two pieces of wood. Then smack it with a large hammer. Looks like they gave this one a couple more wacks with a hammer as well. When A vise is used, it transfers all the devices when they use three coins stacked up and put into a vise:
