Yep, it's a legitimate Doubled Die Reverse. Nice find! I thought it was Machine Doubling at first, but I looked at the pictures more, and the devices were increased in size.

Now that you know you have the real deal all you have to do now is check die markers to determine which DDR you have!

John1, the bottom on the N in ONE shows it to be a DDR. But, that's just my opinion.

John1, no it's not. The word "UNITED" shows it on the top of the devices. It's increased in size, so it's a DDR.

One of the best ways to tell if it is a DDR or MD is to look at the direction of the anomaly. MD usually has the same direction across the whole coin. A class 2 doubled die show the spread on the outside edges of the devices regardless of location. Some other doubled dies act differently, but this one is a class 2 doubled die:
