Another great coin. This one has a softer strike than #1, and the dies are MDS. It doesn't have as much eye appeal, but the technical grade could run higher.
The obverse has a distracting rim hit near 4 o'clock, and the cheek took a small hit on the high cheekbone. There is the common die clash beneath the chin, along with die polish marks trying to reduce the clash marks. Overall, the obverse looks like a 65. The reverse has a full horn, eye, beard, moderately split tail, and most of the hair detail on the head and upper back. The common die clash is visible in EPU. There are die polishing marks in front of the buffalo. A series of bag marks on the front shoulder are readily visible. I see a blended 65 on this coin, regardless of PCGS or NGC.

You all were right on the money. It's MS 65. The reason I put it up is because I thought it was better. I would have thought 66, maybe 67, so I'm trying to see what I was missing.
It's lustery, satiny, great detail. No wear that I can discern. What's it missing that stops it from grading higher?

Again, the technical grade looks at the contact marks. The rim hit on the obverse and front shoulder hits on the reverse keep it from a 66. The strike is soft and the dies are later state than your first coin. The technical grade is the same, but the eye appeal is less, and the selling price should be less. Your coin #1 would snag a premium for eye appeal and strike. This one would sell very close to Bluesheet.
