Before anything else, can you use complete words and sentences to communicate?

Your last pic, while much better, doesn't include everything side-to-side.

The FS designation simply indicates that the coin was fully (or close to) struck.
They fall in the same category as a FSB Mercury dime or a FBL Franklin half dollar.

I would say no to Full Steps. There's a giant ding that caused the step to be incomplete.

My son was looking @ coop's reply to a question the other day.

He's adopted the FR (full riser) designation.

BTW, again, I've seen worse in holders. That's about as close as I've come,

finding one in boxes.

I gave up looking for these. But I'm a variety collector. When you look at graded examples, they are not what I expected to see. So I gave up. I prefer varieties a lot more.
Rest in Peace

If you really want us to tell you what a FS Nickel looks like you need larger and blown up sharp photos of the whole reverse . I know , easier said then done but it's doable .
your coin looks like FS is a possibility , but 1st.step could be a problem .

Looks like a bag mark above the E that could prevent it from being FS.
