Feel like something funky going on with her cheek I can see in these pictures. Possibly been cleaned in which case it won't get graded. I see blue light reflection off the entire reverse, but on the obverse it looks like it skips the cheek but can be seen on the fields around her face. This could be angle of course, but could also be tooled to smooth out contact marks on the cheek in which case, the junk bin would be the correct place for it to have been.
