Still a newbie here and you guys help me learn alot, so first of all Thank you! I found this 1989 penny and I am not sure what error it is, die crack, and if it is rare? (I also found another one that is similar, but with a few little differences, I will make a seperate post for it) thanks guys. :)

Split Plate Doubling, Die Deterioration ( Ridge Ring on obverse), and Die Deterioration Doubling on the "IN" of "IGWT".
