Yes, but unfortunately a worthless one. It's called Incuse Machine Doubling. It's very common on the ATB Quarters. http://www.error-ref.com/incused-machine-doubling/

It does look like a very small die crack.

It is not a crack. It is damage to the field area on the coin. The devices are incuse on that area and if the contact mark is real strike, it does affect the devices that are incuse. (you can see that happening on the last image) PSD.
