...At the last minute, I come to the conclusion (95% sure) that this is MD. Area is flat/shelve like and her head did not get any bigger. At least I got a little exercise in identifying MD. Now I just got to identify first then take pictures if necessary. Pictures are time consuming.

It is, but the locations on the States quarters and the ATB Quarters are mostly in the center of the designs. Earlobes and the area on the center of the reverses. Just like the Memorial bar cents. On the central area most of the time.
