I know one seller that brings these things back from Hong Kong and sells them in bulk for a few dollars. Mine was in a batch of 20 different pieces. Yours translates to mean Made in the 3rd year of the Chinese Republic, Twenty Cents, and Every 5 pieces equal to one yuan (dollar). By the way, I checked my Mint Sports references, but did not see this coin. I suspect it is a fabrication of the faker makers so commonly seen nowadays.
