Hello all, thought this one was a 1992 CAM from the pics. When I received it, noticed it was not, but I think a Broad Struck. Thank you for the help,
Edward M.

Can you get a better picture of the edge specifically if it has any interesting lines to it? Seems like it might have been struck out of collar? I'm not an expert but it's interesting for sure.

It's definitely been Broadstruck. No need to get better pictures. Also shows Split Plate Doubling.

It looks like a Texas Cent with it being quite a bit larger in diameter.

Uh Jim, that's not a Texas Cent. It's been Broadstruck like I said before. It's a legitimate error coin. http://www.error-ref.com/broadstrikes/

To me it looks like a double strike. Once in the collar and once out of the collar. (partial rim)

A Texas Cent expands proportionally so the lettering is still out by the rims. On a broadstrike even though the blank may expand to a larger size the design stays the same size as on the normal coin (because it is trapped within the die face). The OP coin is a broadstrike. (and Coop is right it may be double struck as well since it has a fairly well formed rim.
