To CCF! No, that's glare from your lighting source along with some Machine Doubling I think.

Note on each area affected the metal is reduced on each coin. With the excess light, it creates glare on all of those areas.
New-To-Coin-Colllecting
Inverting the image you can remove the glare and see what is really there. Machine Doubling.
