For the 1st time I'm actually positive thia is the real thing. Just can't make out what its from.    Under the steps of the Monticello and upwards. Also the below the bottom left corner of the steps right above the o in Monticello.

Its a die clash  Under the steps is Jefferson's eyes! On the obverse, the lines through the eyes are the bottom step.
