I'm no Peace expert, but that looks nicely doubled to me. I'm not seeing anything that matches it on VAMworld.
Looking forward to what others say, looks like a nice find to me!
EDIT: I'm looking at it again, and it looks flatter than I initially thought. I wonder if it's some intense MD instead of actual doubling. I can't tell, but the G looks flattened.

I see what I think is MD. The original devices are thinner than they should be. For example, just look at how skinny the letter G becomes towards its bottom.
