Something like this...
Trebonianus Gallus 251-3, Antoninianus
Radiate head of Trebonianus Gallus right "IMP CC VIB TREB GALLUS PF AVG"
Aequitas standing left holding scales and cornucopiae "AEQVITAS AVG"
RIC 80 Antioch mint

@oriole.....
The Antioch portraits are quite easy to recognise as the portraits have a much more caricature resemblance than that of Rome...
Here's the OP coin with my example next to it and below a couple of Rome mints with their much more realistic look..

For sure less hair on the portraits done in Rome.

Rome busts are far more realistic.
There is a reason for this.

When a new Emperor came to power, several plaster busts were made for each of the operating Mints throughout the Empire, so that the die cutters had some idea of what the new Emperor looked like.

These days, we all send real pictures in real time, on our iPhones! There would be no excuse for a modern die cutter, to not get the image exactly right.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
In the times of the Roman Empire, they used REAL tear gas to quell riots.
The soldiers threw spears, with REAL onions on the tips!
