I'm puzzled by this 1970 S penny that looks like it's a proof and it sticks to a magnet. I thought only the 1943 steel cents did that. So whats the deal with this one? Can anyone set me straight? Thanks

Looks nothing like a proof, and since it is magnetic and appears to be silver colored so it is almost certainly nickel plated and probably after it was scratched.
