How about those State Stamped? How many of those do you think one will find? I found my first in my first 2 in starting again. This time I am looking at each side and not just speed searching for Wheats only.
I will get in on this and keep track of my finds. I am 2 boxes down but I was planing on adding them all up ever $100 searched. You guys just got me interested again.

Well, another $50 down and 34 wheat pennies richer. Happy to finally find some 20's wheat cents, as it's been a while. Anyways, I should be able to pick up another $25 from the bank today, and I will post those results tonight. thanks for all your support! I'm officially 1/40th of the way towards my goal! Nice! I love this thread. My friend and I did 1K pennies. It was an absolute pain. We did it all at one time, and found only a few wheeties and dimes and canadian. Good luck! I hope you find a flying eagle!

I do. I also try to find any unique coins like the 1943 copper, or 1944 steel. No luck yet ;)

Thanks! This has been really cool to read. I once did $40 in pennies. It was hard. Now you are doing it for me!
