So. This is the last post I'm going to add today, hopefully. What do you think? Debate is there is a Cud or something in the God. Brother thinks its a DDO, I say it's not. He once again asked me to post :) Thanks! Also the penny came from a new role of pennies from the bank.

Die Deterioration and glare. Notice the lines going from GOD to the rim? That's called die flow lines, which is associated with Die Deterioration. I don't see any doubled die or Cud. Keep looking!

That is just a dark water spot on that area. A Cud is a breakaway from the edge of the die:

Image on the right. Note how it breaks down the side of the die. That void makes the large Cuds we see on the outside edge of the die. On the left in the front, there is a simulation of rim Cud. Part of the outside gutter

of the die breaks off, leaving a rim Cud on a coin.

The left one in the back is just showing a die crack. Water spots are on the planchet or happens during circulation. A die chip is a smaller break away usually on the outside edge of the design, or field or sometimes, (mostly on dimes) a part of the design chips off the bust or reverse design.

But the different between a water spot and a die chip? The die chip is raised. A stain/water spot is flat on the coin. (not raised)

Not a DDO. A Cud always includes the rim,so not a Cud. It is DDD.
