I enhanced the obverse photo a bit by adjusting the contrast and lighting, and sharpening clarity (below).

I see strike weakness as well as wear. The jewels and ribbon are a bit too soft, suggesting a typical Edward strike. This is where I would like to see a better reverse photo, because the crown and bow, while irrelevant to grading, are good indicators of the strike quality.

There is wear on the moustache, cheek, ear, lower band, jewels, and eyebrow.

By appearance, this coin would be VF-30 if it had a better strike and the appearance was entirely from wear. Factoring in the soft strike, this coin likely is EF-40. It's a nice coin.

MS-anything by grade or value? Not in any world except whatever planet PCGS sometimes is on.

Here's the enhanced photo:

I agree ftcollins(had a good friend who used to live there)....From the vertical jewels alone, it's a 30.

Well now, the Reverse paints an entirely different picture. I don't read French, but it's a "broad leaves" from what I can see. The Rev is blatantly more fully struck and the Rev also shows no signs of diagonal possible "cleaning" marks that are on the Obv. The Obv MAY be just weakly struck, but the Rev looks nice. It still isn't worth the asking price. I would still give it a 60 at best or a 50-55 at worst... forget about my 30 based solely on the Obverse.

Looks AU-50 to me but, it has been cleaned at some point as you can see the dirt in the devises.

It's a series known for its spectacular and recessed reverses. So if you see one on ebay with the reverse highlighted always look for the obverse. I'll go VF-30. The ear is definitely too worn for much of a move up.
