Sorry, there's no doubling on this coin. Your just seeing the lighting reflecting off the sides of the letters.

Same on Liberty. Die Deterioration or Machine Doubling. (Can't say for sure because of the images are too far away to tell) But we welcome a closer view of the motto area. You could have Die Deterioration and a doubled die, but a closer view would help us determine that.

Ill try and get closer. Its most prominent to the right of the D. I wish loading pictures was easier on this site. Every time I get the perfect shot it makes me crop. Its almost impossible to just use the picture I take on my phone without having to do something to it

It is extreme die wear. On the DDO's on that area they are on the first devices on the left.  Note the heavy die flow lines on the fields and the distorted letters in the direction of the closest rim.
