Hi, I think you'll need to find a place to host bigger pics.
There's not enough detail to hazard a guess.

Hi Busthalf,
I really can't tell very much from these little photos. I'd estimate anywhere from VG-08 to VF-20, depending on how clearly you can read LIBERTY on the headband. The color looks good for a well-circulated IHC and the rims are strong. You need to be careful about added mintmarks on the '09-S and a good clear photo of the mintmark is essential to help determine whether this one is genuine.

Assuming there is no authenticity issue, this looks like a solid, no-problem example of a scarce date.

Those pics are way too small to determine grode or authenticity. I'm weary of any raw 1909-S IHC now after picking up a well made counterfeit on ebay.
FYI: You need at least 400x400 pic of the coin (crop the background) to get a decent attempt to grade and authenticate.
