Pics are blurry but it looks like a partial collar.

Might be a Partial Collar error.
Errers and Varietys.

Wasn't this discussed recently? A partial reeded collar would not have reeds? John1

@John1, I missed that conversation. But without being part of conversation it makes perfect sense.

The reeds are complete on the edge so the collar is not partial. Were this a struck on clad planchet then when it was ejected from the collar the copper core would have most likely smeared to cover more of a side of the edge than the other, which is not showing. My guess is tarnish from a holder.

Yes, sharper edge pics would help.

Looks like a partial collar. The area above the reeds should be missing the reeds, swelling out because of not being inside the collar.

Not seeing a partial collar. Reeds are evident all around obverse and reverse in the full coin shots.

The dark line is a horizontal seperation. It is sort of like an oreo cookie, the outside is raised and the cream is in the middle. The cream being the black line.

Then It looks normal. The first images looked like something else was going on.

It's definitely not normal. I'm not doing a good job at describing or pictures. The line is recessed.

I can't think of anything pre-strike or at the time of strike that could have left the edge in this condition. That only leaves something post strike
