I believe I see machine double on the east side of the 9, therefore I'm leaning towards MD on mint mark...If not,check VV rpm-002 only one close with position of mint mark...good luck

Also the coin looks plated. (which ruins the collectable value from the coin)

If you can get a clearer close up picture of the mintmark, that would be great.

it's a plated coin which often makes them appear to have a ghosted mint mark.

It's not plated it came out of a BU roll, I'm just a terrible photographer..lol Here are clearer pics in proper light.I also straighten to pic showing the mint mark in comparison to RPM 001... you can see my lighting is coming from the wrong direction so I'll retake that photo

There is a fair amount of Machine Doubling going on here. At 10 o'clock on the inside curve of the 9 and the 0 , as well as the MM.
Could all this have covered up the rpm ? Probably not . There is a northeast direction to the secondary MM of rpm#1 that isn't evident in the OP's photos
