My son (11) is new to collecting and has started with a couple of coin folders ( LMC and NP quarters). He's gotten along pretty good with the LMC and decided he wanted to make a push to get one of the pages full. Awesome  . I come home the other day to find out he had sweet talked mom into going to the credit union to "get pennies"- which he did!   About four hours later he had gone through them as well as an 11 year old can and came out with..... 4 wheat (all 50's) 3 Canadian (2 from the 60s, 1 from 2000) 13 '09 special backs AND he completed 2 pages in his LMC folder   |

That is awesome. Congratulations to him.
My grandkids are 10 and 12. I've started sets for them but they just don't seem that into it.
Edited to say I have many extra wheats I could contribute and a lot of uncirculated memorials too.
