I'm curious about the minting process that would cause this.

2: is this a one time strike or could there be more out there?

3: any ideas on what this coin could possibly trade for?

Looks like a nice lamination crack. Don't mess with it. When posting, show pictures of the entire coin obv. and rev. first then zoom in on the area in question.
