It's worth 1 cent. Would have been better to spend it in 1982 it could have worth 3 cents (in today's dollar) :)

Assuming that the other side is centered, then yes I agree that you have a slight MAD. Either spend or keep it as a cheap exemplar until you find one more dramatically off-center.
