Looked through my 75-Ds, none slanted like that. FWIW on all the 5 digit is the highest, and slanted very slightly. That's also the case on coins from Philly. Maybe someone else will turn up with another more slanted example.
Maybe an abrasion/deterioration issue making the tail of the 5 shorter and thus appearing tilted? On the first example shown, all the digits appear thin.
Looking at the '7' and the '5' together, it may make the 5 look slanted due to the slant of the 7 in the opposite direction.
Kind of like mounting a large TV or a picture on a bare faced block wall that was not built exactly level. - the TV/picture is level but looks unlevel because of the crooked wall lines...
