Hello all, I thought I would share a coin that I've had in my collection for at least 8 years now, a real beauty 1969 1 cent flipped over PCGS graded as MS-64 Red I've read that this time frame was synonymous for these types of "errors" that would make their way out the back door. Enjoy! Edited by checkup 09/23/2019 11:26 pm

Not Canadian. Not a flip over. Not a double strike. Not a D/S. Not a PCGS holder. Not MS64 Not red.

sorry a minor mistake occurred where I had accidentally named these three coins the same 1,2,3 as I had the Lincoln Penny that I had recently acquired and posted in the American error side. (wasn't sure how the posting of images was done and realized that they get uploaded to a photo album here and replace anything that has the same name) images should be correct now (I hope)

Quote: I've read that this time frame was synonymous for these types of "errors" that would make their way out the back door. Yes, there are several hundred 1969 double struck cents out there, all suspected to be the result of "mint shenanigans"... You see them at almost every auction and on ebay frequently: https://www.ebay.ca/sch/Small-Cents...error+struck
