Looks like it may be the RPM-010 on Variety Vistas website.

It's not the 009, mintmark position is in the wrong place.

The inside part of the lines at an angle is not a RPM. It is a damaged mintmark punch issue. Not a RPM. Note on the RPM-009 description:
http://www.varietyvista.com/02a%20L...1SRPM009.htm
Note it is a S/S/S (They only put two 'S's on their site. It is called a North and a South. A RPM on the top of the loop and a mark below the lower loop on the outside field. The area inside of the mintmark with the angled lines is not part of the RPM. It is from a damaged punch issue which indicates it is not part of the RPM.
Although Coppercoins doesn't have an image note their listing information:

Quote:
1951S-1MM-009
| S/S/S NORTH & SOUTH
CONECA: RPM-009, Wexler: WRPM-008
Lightly punched extra curves and serifs show above and beneath the primary mintmark on this die.

Note the location of the mintmark on the RPM-010 They are not a match for locations so it is not from that die. 010 is an East RPM. Your coin is not showing the East. Is is just a die that was punched with a damaged punch. When you look at the PCGS coin facts page, a lot of dies were punched with this damage punch:
https://www.PCGS.com/coinfacts/coin.../images/2794
https://www.PCGS.com/coinfacts/coin.../images/2793
So it is common. If you looked on other denominations that year, you would probably find the same damaged punch issue on those coins as well.
