I'm assuming this is a die chip on his shoulder. Would a chip in this location be of any value? (Color is off because I tried using my cell phone to light it while in the flip)

Nice sized chip,but little if any premium. Always best to remove coins from whatever holder they are in whenever possible before taking photos.
