coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 10/07/2019 4:47 pm Coin scratch. It is incuse. 99% of the time incuse marks are coin damage. If this were a hubing issue, then that area would be raised, not incuse (sunk into the coin) Also all the other devices would also be there as well. On mark of the design is not struck onto the coin.
