I am very new to this so I am not sure if the mark on Jefferson's face is an error or latter damage. Also, is the date and Liberty doubled? Thank you looking and your comments and guidance.

Just a scratch, PSD. Not an error coin.

I agree that this is a scratch and sorry but I don't see any doubling either.

Too much glare, but I don't think it is a doubled die. The mark by the mouth is a coin ding not a scratch.

Coin scratch. It is incuse. 99% of the time incuse marks are coin damage. If this were a hubing issue, then that area would be raised, not incuse (sunk into the coin) Also all the other devices would also be there as well. On mark of the design is not struck onto the coin. It is all or the coin was damaged with an incuse mark.
Double struck coin:

Flattening occurs on some devices on a double strike coin.
