1983-P "bie"-Lii (Listed On Coc) With Possibly A Rim Cud

What I think is interesting is the rim on the one listed has the same looking "folded Rim Fin" as the one I found. This makes me think it is actually a rim Cud or is it a coincidence ? I agree it does look like it is struct through a piece of foil but I don't think that could be duplicated exactly the same on two separate planchets (or highly unlikely). There is a BIE that is listed on COC that looks exactly like this one. Check out the link to COC in my original post. It's almost an exact duplicate. Even with the MAD on the obverse. I agree Coop.
