Found this yesterday. Coins abit dirty. I seem to have spotted a partial collar on the head side of the coin only.
Just wanting some clarification please.

In OZ we would call this an off centre strike and pretty common. It may also be a partial collar error if the milling around the outer edge is partially missing, a pic of this would confirm it.
