1982 P Washington Quarter Possible Off Center Strike

It appears to be off center only on the obverse. The reverse doesn't look off. Also possibly a grease filled mint mark. Coins are just so interesting. Any advice would be appreciated.

Na that's a normal one. Slight miss aligned die.

"Off-centered" is used when both sides of the coin is affected. Yours is a slight MAD. On the mint mark its reffered to as a broken post (that center part breaks off the die, to give the mm a filled in look)...best of luck on future finds and good questions, keep asking and keep searching, have fun

Actually all the quarters look like that this year. They were needing a new master die. In 1983 they replaced the master hub. Note how the devices were moving to the rim, and then in 1983 the new master hub fixed the issue.
