 I've not seen this particular set, but there have been hundreds of similar sets assembled and sold mostly to New n-collectors at very high prices for what they contained. Better photos of the coins themselves would help with a monetary evaluation.

I'm not an expert but nothing looks like it's worth much more than a dollar or 2. I have most of these from low cost proof sets I used to make a type set with. I don't know about stamps but my personal opinion is that this is worth more as a remembrance than worth breaking it up. The coins are just common uncirculated coins.

 There's likely more sentimental value here than monetary value. Most of these coins only sell for a few dollars each, and a dealer would offer even less than that. I would keep the set together as a reminder of your grandfather.
